Electrical Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Electrical, Control Systems & Reliability Specialist to join our Maintenance team, based in Port Botany. In this role, you will provide technical expertise, leadership, and coaching to our electrical team, while driving the integration of new technologies and continuous improvement initiatives across site operations. You are responsible for planning and leading major electrical outages, developing maintenance and capital improvement programs, and ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient performance of site equipment.

You will manage contractor performance and compliance, oversee maintenance planning and work order management, and drive improvements in preventive maintenance and asset reliability. You will drive a strong safety culture through proactive safety leadership, incident management, risk assessment, and safe work practices.
