Job Description
Alamos Gold is seeking an Underground Electrician to join our Island Gold District in Ontario. This position focuses on ensuring safe and efficient electrical operations in a leading gold mining environment.
With 3-4 years of related experience, the ideal candidate will hold an Ontario Electrician License and understand electrical systems thoroughly. This role involves installation, troubleshooting, and repair of various electrical components while adhering to safety protocols. Team collaboration is essential as well as individual accountability in your work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work on new electrical installations and repairs
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams and codes
• Perform inspections and maintenance of electrical systems
• Communicate repair needs and estimates to supervisors
• Conduct tests to ensure operation efficiency of equipment
Requirements:
• Must hold an Ontario Electrician License
