Electrical Service Manager (Puslinch)

Bullet Trade Services is a leading industrial contractor in Ontario with 18years of multi‑trade expertise. We are expanding our electrical division and looking for an Electrical Service Manager to build and lead a new field team.

Responsibilities

• Price electrical service work and generate Bill of Materials (BOMs)
• Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to hire Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices as needed
• Establish an electrical service rate sheet
• Build relationships with electrical wholesalers
• Work with purchasing to establish an electrical supply chain and processes
• Partner with the finance team to build budget and forecasting processes
• Implement and maintain safety protocols
• Provide mentorship to field staff
