Job Summary Assist the Contract Manager in preparing tender cost estimates by performing quantity take-offs using Bluebeam software and supporting the drafting team with AutoCad software to ensure accurate and competitive tender submissions. Responsibilities Perform quantity take-offs using Bluebeam software to support tender costing accuracy Estimate tender costs based on quantity data and project requirements Assist the drafting team by preparing and modifying drawings using AutoCad software Utilize Word, Excel, AutoCad, and Bluebeam Quantity Surveying software proficiently to complete project tasks Interpret and apply tender criteria and requirements to ensure compliance in cost estimation Collaborate effectively with team members to support project objectives and deadlines
