Compensation : $125,000 - $140,000
The Manager of Process Control & Electrical Engineering plays a critical role in supporting production and facility operations by driving process reliability, optimization, and continuous improvement. This position combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibility, overseeing both day-to-day troubleshooting and the successful execution of capital and improvement projects.
This role is based onsite and reports directly to the Maintenance Manager.
Responsibilities:Lead and develop a team of 2–4 process control and electrical engineering professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
