Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join their growing Service Division in the Greater Vancouver area.
Your new role
As a Project Manager / Estimator within the Service Division, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of service, maintenance, tenant improvement, small projects, and retrofit work from initial client inquiry through to projectpletion. You will manage estimating, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, client relationships, and project execution while ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.Key responsibilities include:
