You will coordinate preventive maintenance programs and manage daily operations while improving plant reliability. Strong knowledge in SAP, electrical maintenance, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Manage daily maintenance activities and major shutdowns
• Identify critical spare parts using FMEA and RCA techniques
• Schedule corrective actions to reduce downtime
• Support the Maintenance Manager with budget control
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certification preferred
