Electrical & IT Supervisor, Wind Farm Construction

Eilakaisla Oy is seeking an Electrical and IT Supervisor for wind farm construction projects in Finland. The role includes supervising eBoP, substations, MV/HV systems and coordinating interfaces across civil, electrical, and turbine installation activities.

Projects begin in late 2026 and extend through energization and completion. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering and have strong QA/QC, HSE and bilingual communication (Finnish and English).
