Overview
As a Utilities Field Inspector at WSP you will ensure safe, high‑quality installation, maintenance and rehabilitation of critical utilities infrastructure in the Toronto and Horseshoe areas. You support construction oversight and compliance with project specifications, playing a direct role in strengthening Canadian communities.
Responsibilities
- Review IFC packages prior to construction start.
- Participate in pre‑construction and post‑construction lessons learned meetings.
- Complete field risk assessment and hazard evaluation, review contractor safety procedures, and conduct site orientation.
- Conduct random daily field inspections, prepare daily log, and verify activities against design.
- Verify construction work complies with standards and specifications, in accordance with O. Reg. 22/04.
