Primary Duties
Crew LMA - Lead, Manage and hold your crew staff accountable.
Crew Safety - Ensure jobsite safety requirements are followed, and crews maintain safety as a #1 priority.

Keep the jobsite clean, orderly, and organized, following 5S principles.
Efficiently and safely execute the project Scope/Spec by managing your crew (boots on the ground).
Ensure that workmanship and quality meets or exceeds company and customers standards.
