Job Description
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in electrical estimation with MEP contractors.
- Track record of successfully estimating projects valued at $500K+ USD.
- Experience with international projects and multi-currency estimating (preferred). Technical Expertise: - Advanced proficiency in estimation software (Procore, Trimble, Accubid, ConEst, etc.).
- Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks for takeoffs and clash detection.
- Strong MS Excel and database management skills.
- Familiarity with NEC, IEC, and British Standards.
- Knowledge of sustainable design, solar integration, and smart building technologies. Key Competencies: - Tech-savvy with enthusiasm for digital innovation.
