QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering. PRC Licensed Electrical Engineer.
With at least 5 years of work experience as an Electrical & Instrumentation Construction Design Engineer in industrial plant projects.
Proficient or having experience in Material Take-Off, Cost Estimates, and Bill of Quantity is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software.
Well-versed in local and international design codes such as IEC, ANSI, NEMA, JIS, and others.
Must be willing to be dispatched in Japan JFE headquarter office (at least 1 month to 6 months as project-in-charge).
Must be willing and interested to work with Japanese counterparts.
Must be willing to study and learn the Japanese language to be able to communicate with Japanese counterparts/subcontractors.
