Main Responsibilities

• Design and develop EWIS including wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and connector systems compliant with DO-160, SAE AS50881, MIL-DTL-38999, and FAA AC 21-99(0).
• Perform wire gauge calculations, voltage drop analysis, and current capacity assessments.
• Select materials, connectors, terminals, and protective components based on environmental and performance requirements.
• Develop grounding/bonding schemes for electrical safety and EMC compliance.
