Skills That Count (Requirements)
- Associate’s degree from a technical school or 1–2 years of related electrical assembly experience/training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, safety rules, and technical manuals.
- Basic math skills for measurements and layout work.
