About Your Future Team:
Horizon is seeking an open, enthusiastic, experienced Electrical Aircraft Maintenance Engineer . As part of the team, you will tackle challenges and deliver something that has never been done before.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Electrical Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME), you will be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and certification of systems on Horizon Aircraft’s prototype and production aircraft. This includes both the conventional turbine elements of the hybrid‑electric powerplant and the electric motor and rotor drive systems unique to the Cavorite X7 platform.
Your Day- to-Day:
- Perform maintenance, inspection, and certification of aircraft electrical systems including power distribution, avionics wiring, high‑voltage battery systems, and motor controllers.
