An experienced Instructional Designer is needed to support a large-scale skills transformation initiative by designing and delivering engaging learning solutions for employees, leaders, HR, and key business stakeholders. In this role, you translate enterprise skills strategy into practical, multi-modal learning experiences that build organizational capability, drive adoption of new skills processes, and enable long-term success.
Responsibilities
+ Design and develop end-to-end learning solutions aligned to a large-scale skills transformation program.
+ Create a variety of learning materials, including instructor-led training, virtual training, eLearning modules, job aids, quick reference guides, toolkits, facilitator guides, and manager resources.
