We are the Okwir’s family located in Gatineau, Quebec, and we are currently seeking a dedicated elder care provider to provide care for my mom. This live-out position is part-time, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing quality home care.
The role primarily involves acting as a companion to our loved one, ensuring they have the social interaction they need. In addition to companionship, responsibilities include assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing ( when needed) and administering medication. Providing respite care is also an important part of this position, giving family members much-needed breaks.
