First 6 months 100% on-site (Lomas Verdes, Naucalpan & Insurgentes), then hybrid work model.We're growing and looking for a committed, organized, and people-oriented professional to join our team as a Talent Advisor.This role is key to our operations — supporting employees and clients while ensuring a warm, efficient, and professional experience.You'll also be part of a consulting environment, which means a fast learning curve, exposure to multiple areas, and participation in strategic projects.

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in HR roles (personnel administration, generalist, employee support)- Advanced English (required)- Basic knowledge of payroll and Mexican Labor Law (preferred)- Basic to intermediate Excel skills- Self-driven, proactive, analytical thinker with attention to detail?
