Key Responsibilities

• Assist members with hotel and travel reservations
• Prepare quotes and confirm bookings
• Process online payments and reservation transactions
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage customer interactions through CRM platforms

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel agencies, reservations, or tourism
• Customer service or call center experience
• CRM experience required (HubSpot preferred)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
