Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to capture and retain customers for the company's financial credit products.
Use CRM tools to track interactions, follow ups, and sales progress.
Maintain high levels of communication quality and teamwork in a dynamic work environment.
Meet or exceed call volume and conversion targets as defined by the team.
Qualifications
Prior experience in telemarketing or call‐center sales.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent verbal communication skills and teamwork orientation.
Minimum educational level:Media Superior.
Experience level:Nível Medio.
