$110K–$130K + 10% Annual Bonus
We are seeking a hands-on Senior EHS Engineer to support the launch of a brand-new medical device manufacturing facility. This person will serve as the site EHS lead, helping build safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and establish a strong safety culture from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead environmental, health & safety programs and OSHA compliance
- Partner with engineering, operations, and facilities teams on machine and facility safety
- Conduct plant inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Support machine guarding, PPE programs, and emergency preparedness
- Lead safety training and employee awareness initiatives
