Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver EHS and safety audits (internal, third-party, and regulatory compliance) across Iberia and international locations, ensuring high-quality execution aligned with ERM methodologies and client expectations.Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-country audit programs, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and alignment with local regulations and corporate standards.Provide technical leadership in Health & Safety, with a strong focus on:Risk assessment and hazard identificationProcess safety and industrial safetyContractor safety managementHigh-risk activities and operational controlsConduct gap assessments and root cause analysis to identify compliance issues and performance improvement opportunities, delivering clear, risk-based and actionabl...
