Advise managers and employees on Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) matters
Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements, internal standards, and customer requirements
Investigate incidents, near misses, and hazardous situations, and conduct root cause analyses
Perform hazard identification and risk assessments in collaboration with various SKAN teams; participate in machine risk assessments
Develop and maintain safety concepts for construction sites, chemicals, work equipment, PPE inventories, and related areas
Support the selection and evaluation of personal protective equipment (PPE) and work equipment
Develop EHS policies, procedures, work instructions, departmental safety rules, and EHS reports
Organize and conduct safety training programs, including toolbox talks, safety days, classroom training, specialized hazard training, and e-learning modules
