Position Overview
The EHS Compliance Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation of multiple EHS programs, including customer license reviews, training, packaging and transportation, and internal audits.
Location
On-site in Kanata, Ontario
Your Day to Day as an EHS Compliance Specialist
- Review customer licenses to ensure appropriate authorizations are in place
- Coordinate the training program for employees, including identifying and implementing systemic improvements
- Develop and deliver EHS Compliance training
- Assist in compliance activities related to packaging and transportation
- Review and update EHS program documentation
- Investigate EHS incidents, identify root causes and determine corrective actions
