Description
Kraft Heinz is looking for anEHS Managerto lead Environment, Health, and Safety across the site, ensuring compliance with Egyptian legal requirements and Kraft Heinz standards. This role also oversees Wastewater Treatment Plant operations and drives a strong safety culture through team leadership, compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Lead site-wide EHS policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee WWTP operations, compliance, maintenance, and reporting
Develop SOPs for wastewater treatment, emergency response, and related activities
Lead, coach, and develop EHS and WWTP teams
Drive safety culture, training, and incident investigation across the site
Manage contractor safety and permit-to-work compliance
Ensure compliance with legal, ISO, and Kraft Heinz EHS standards
