负责支持工厂EHS日常管理与现场执行，确保符合公司及法律法规要求，重点强化喷涂及化学品相关安全风险管控，提升现场安全水平。
**3. 主要职责**
**1 现场EHS管理**
+ 开展日常安全巡检（装配、喷涂、机加工等区域）
+ 识别安全隐患并推动整改闭环
+ 参与事故调查及事故回头看
**2 喷涂及化学品安全管理**
+ 管理化学品台账及SDS资料
+ 控制油漆/VOC相关风险
+ 确保化学品储存、使用符合规范
**3 合规及体系支持**
+ 支持EHS法律法规合规（如Legal Register）
+ 协助内外部审核及整改跟踪
+ 维护EHS相关记录及报告
