Job Purpose
The Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) advisor team advises on legal and other requirements affecting EHS at the site. Their purpose is to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, internal Engineering and EHS standards, and safe manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients. They promote continuous improvement and adoption of best practice for EHS matters, support operational areas and functions, and deliver EHS training and awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the EHS Lead, team members and various directorates to maintain high EHS standards and safe manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients.
- Maintain the site’s EHS management system, ensuring compliance with legal requirements while facilitating continuous improvement.
