Educational Assistant - Casual - Regina SK (Pilot Butte)

Join our team as an Educational Assistant! You will support students with diverse needs—including behavioral challenges, developmental disabilities, and mental health conditions—by providing supervision, academic support, and compassionate care while modeling positive behaviors. Working closely with teachers, you will help implement educational routines and strategies that promote behavioral and life skills and ensure each student receives personalized support to thrive and achieve their educational goals through individualized education plans.

Qualifications

• Completion of a high school diploma.
• Certificate or diploma in educational assistance, youth care work, or a related field (asset).

Experience

• Up to one (1) year of experience working with children, youth, or adults with behavioral, cognitive, mental health, and/or developmental challenges.
