Education Assistant On-Call

Education Assistants 2 work in collaboration with a team of educators to positively impact and guide students, both on an individual and group basis.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have a Grade 12 education, an Education Assistant certificate or diploma (or significant coursework toward the certificate), and experience working with school‑aged children. Other qualifications include CPI training, valid First Aid certification and additional training in Applied Behavioural Analysis and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting wage is $33.88 per hour. The position is included in Local 801 of the Canadian Union of Public Employees and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
