This position supports students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other complex needs. You will engage with individual students while implementing IEP goals, aiding in personal care, and guiding positive behavior choices. Through collaboration with teachers, you will help adapt programs tailored to each student's abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement Inclusive Education Plan (IEP) strategies
• Assist in personal and social skill development
• Adapt educational materials to suit individual needs
• Provide necessary personal care and physical assistance
• Record student progress for IEP documentation
