Job Description

Excel as a Payment Services Administrator with Shared Services in Edmonton's hybrid working environment. Your role will ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial transactions.
This one-year term position is within the Payment & Compliance Services team, taking responsibility for accurate financial recording and payment authorization. In this role, you will liaise between campus departments and external suppliers to resolve billing issues, all while adhering to the university’s financial policies and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify and support voucher accuracy for payments
• Address invoicing problems with departments and suppliers
• Record transactions accurately in the general ledger
• Ensure compliance with fiscal year regulations
• Retrieve and manage financial records for audits
