As a skilled Carpenter, you'll be responsible for hands-on training on carpentry tools, ensuring effective and safe practices among workers. Your role is crucial in supporting the Edmonton LRT network's workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver practical training on carpentry power and hand tools
• Assess worker competency through skill evaluations
• Provide necessary refresher training and coaching
• Complete documentation of training and assessments
• Identify and address skills gaps among workers
Requirements:
• Journeyperson certification in Carpentry is mandatory
• Long-term experience in the industry required
• Preferred experience in training or assessments
