- Performing all editorial activities leading to publication
- Ensuring the content and writing is accurate and appropriate for the readership
- Correcting spelling mistakes and grammatical errors and so on
- Creating artwork briefs to detail the content of illustrations and photographs
- Producing or working to a style checklist to ensure consistency in hyphenation, capitalisation, formatting, etc
- Proofreading
The Requirements
- Degree in Mathematics and related fields
- Degree in Humanities, English Linguistics and related fields
- Background/training in Music, Music Education, Piano or related fields is an added advantage
- A high standard of written and spoken English
