Primary Responsibilities Request setup, configurations, and validation with new EDI trade partners (customers and suppliers) Report on and validate EDI communication with EDI trade partners Take full ownership in designing, building, testing, implementing, and supporting new and existing EDI services and transformation maps Design AIAG shipping labels from customer requirements Daily EDI production support and troubleshooting Review and resolve trade partner EDI transaction errors in a timely manner Identify trends in EDI failures and make recommendations to trade partners and teammates on a permanent solution to failure Concise verbal and written communication with trading partners and users Clear and detailed documentation of requirements, test plans and project summaries Must demonstrate good organizational and follow‑up skills and work independently with minimal supervision, including ability to balance multiple tasks Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following and enf...
