Ecommerce Operations Specialist (Santiago)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate daily across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Temu, eBay, Shopify, and related channels.
• Pull, audit, and reconcile large marketplace and OMS reports.
• Execute bulk uploads (inventory, listings, pricing, attributes).
• Diagnose and resolve data and sync failures across marketplaces and tools.
• Maintain clean, accurate SKUs, quantities, costs, and compliance fields.
• Move fast without breaking downstream systems.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel/Sheets (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IFs, pivots, data cleanup).
• Strong handling of structured data (CSV, flat files, JSON).
• Deep understanding of how marketplace data flows—and where it breaks.
• Ability to work independently, find root cause, and implement fixes.
• Advanced English at the C2 or higher level.
