Ecommerce Growth Manager — UX, CRO & Merchandising

Link-Worldwide is seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager based in Naucalpan de Juárez, México, to own the digital experience across the brand's eCommerce sites. This role involves driving site performance, merchandising execution, and optimizing the customer journey from homepage to checkout.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in eCommerce management and a strong understanding of UX optimization and digital analytics. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are required.
