Ecommence Operations Executive, TCG

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Business Operations Executive to support our growing Trading Card Game (TCG) business. This role blends sales, community engagement, and operational support to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

• Sales & Business Development
  • Support ecommerce program by helping to build out and manage the Shopify store.
  • Drive pre-order sales for TCG.
  • Identify and engage new customers through Telegram, Discord, Facebook groups, and other community channels.
  • Build long-term relationships with collectors, players, retailers, and community leaders.
  • Follow up on customer enquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
