ECE Centre Leader – Reggio-Inspired, Community-Focused

Busy Bee’s Hobsonville is seeking a Centre Manager to lead a vibrant ECE centre, drive quality care, and uphold Te Tiriti o Waitangi. You will mentor kaiako, implement strategic plans, and manage enrolments and rosters while building deep local partnerships.

You will bring a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or NZQA-approved qualification plus current teacher registration, with a focus on Te Whāriki and MOE compliance. NZ residency or valid NZ work visa is required.
