SAIC is seeking an Electrical Engineer or ECAD Draftsman with strong experience in cable harness, test rack integration, and Technical Data Package (TDP) maturation for next‐generation Hypersonic Missile System Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) test racks. This position provides direct engineering support to Hypersonics HWIL Laboratories, focusing on electrical design updates, technical data package refinement, and the integration of high-fidelity test equipment into the Hypersonic program.
The ideal candidate is hands‐on, detail‐oriented, and highly skilled in 2D electrical drafting, cable/harness documentation, and Zuken e3.Series workflows, including DS-E3 PDM. This role requires frequent engagement with geographically dispersed engineering teams as well as external partners delivering subsystem and test equipment updates.
