We're currently recruiting for a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant / Practitioner to join a supportive school setting in Lydney from June through to the end of the Summer term. This is a part-time role, ideal for someone passionate about supporting younger children in a nurturing environment. You'll be working with pupils who may have additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children 1:1 or in small groups
• Assisting the class teacher with day-to-day activities
• Creating a positive, inclusive Early Years learning environment
• Supporting social, emotional, and developmental needs
• Managing behaviour in a calm and supportive manner
