Early Years Practitioner

Location: Willow Grove Primary School, Wixams.

Hours: up to 40 hours per week (between the hours of 7.30am and 6pm Monday to Friday)

Pay: National Minimum Wage for age

Contract: Permanent - Term Time

What you’ll do day-to-day:

• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our youngest children.
• Plan and deliver fun, structured activities like storytelling, creative arts, sensory play, group games, and outdoor adventures.
• Support children’s development and wellbeing through engaging, age-appropriate experiences.
• Be a role model of excellent safeguarding and follow Health & Safety policies at all times.
• Provide healthy snacks, support toileting and hygiene routines, and ensure every child feels safe, cared for, and included.
