Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for all types of licensing reviews and investigations for EIDBI services to children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related conditions.
• Oversee Licensor II positions to monitor that the applicable regulations, processes, and procedures are followed and that responses to requests for technical assistance are consistent.
• Lead trainer and mentor for Licensor II positions.
• Lead trainer for potential license applicants and license holders on negative action.
• Mentor Licensor II positions in conducting licensing and investigations of complex or problematic agencies.
• Serve as a policy liaison within the Department of Human Services regarding EIDBI licensing statutes and rules.
