The Neighbourhood Group is seeking two E-Mediators within its Children & Youth Services department. Your role will involve de-escalating online violence and tracking trends on social media to prevent harm. You will also engage with communities by facilitating workshops and collaborating with intervention models.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete mandatory E-VIBE E-Mediator training
• De-escalate online violence and threats
• Identify emotional distress and bullying online
• Track and monitor emerging violence trends
• Facilitate community workshops on online violence
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms
