Job Description
Job Title: E-commerce Operations Specialist (Shopify)
About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Shopify expert to take ownership of our Shopify ecosystem. You'll
set up and optimize our store end-to-end (theme, apps, integrations, shipping/tax, analytics,
automations), then continue running ongoing improvements and building new Shopify sites as
we expand.
From time to time, you may also support our partnerships efforts by researching and compiling
lists of potential collaborators—such as YouTubers, influencers, creators, retail stores, and other
brands we'd like to work with. This is primarily a Shopify/implementation role; partnerships
support is secondary.
Key Responsibilities
1) Shopify Setup & Ongoing Management (Primary)
Audit our current Shopify store and produce a prioritized improvement plan
Configure theme, navigation, collections, product templates, and site structure
Set up store foundations: markets, currencies, checkout, customer...
