E-Commerce Manager
Role Objective
To own and grow all online sales channels and turn e-commerce into a major revenue driver for the company.
1. E-Commerce Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce roadmap
- Set monthly and annual online sales targets
- Plan and manage the online sales calendar in alignment with retail campaigns
- Drive traffic, conversion rate, and average order value (AOV)
- Identify new growth opportunities (new platforms, cross-border, affiliates)
2. Online Store & Marketplace Management
- Manage and optimise performance for the brand website (Shopify / WooCommerce), Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Mobile app
- Ensure accurate product listing and categorisation
- Maintain competitive pricing strategy
- Synchronise stock with retail stores
- Participate in platform campaigns
