E-Commerce Executive/ Inventory Coordinator/Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Shopify Backend Management: Maintain accurate product listings, SKUs, inventory counts, and pricing in the Shopify admin panel.
• Stock Receiving & Inspection: Thoroughly inspect incoming courier deliveries, verify contents against Purchase Orders (POs), and log new stock into the system.
• Inventory Auditing (Stock Counts):Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical stock takes to reconcile system data against physical stock, investigating any discrepancies.
• Order Fulfillment Support: Coordinate with the fulfillment team to pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently. Troubleshoot inventory-related order issues.
• Warehouse Organization: Implement and maintain organized storage for products (e.g., using First-In-First-Out/FIFO methods) to optimize picking and packing times.
