Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and calls professionally
  • Assist customers with orders, payments, delivery status, and platform-related issues
  • Provide accurate information and solutions in a timely manner
  • Maintain good customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team when necessary

Job Requirements

  • Able to read, write, and speak Mandarin fluently
