As a key leader in Taproot's Community Living Division, the Program Director is responsible for operational oversight, managing Program Managers, and ensuring compliance with contract and agency standards. This role requires expertise in human resources, financial management, and strategic development while influencing agency-wide policy as part of the National Leadership Team.
