Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance on employee relations and performance issues
• Oversee employee casework through resolution
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners on HR processes
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies
• Facilitate training and onboarding for new staff
Requirements:
• CIPD Level 5 Qualification or working towards
• Prior experience in HR advisory or similar roles
