Duty Manager - Port Elizabeth

Requirements: Formal Hotel Qualification or equivalent. Minimum 23 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry. Experience in both Front Office and Food and Beverage operations. Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and split shifts. Valid driver's license and reliable transport. Ability to train, motivate, and supervise staff. Computer literacy, including experience with hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to manage cash handling procedures and daily reconciliations. Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
